Wisdom Teeth Extractions

Wisdom teeth may require extraction if there is tooth pain or tooth crowding, repeated infection, damage to nearby teeth, or extensive decay. Wisdom teeth may also be removed as a preventative measure to avoid future complications. At our initial wisdom tooth consultation, a panoramic X-ray will help us investigate any possible issues. Your dentist will discuss the options and risks of wisdom tooth extraction so you can make an informed decision. Depending on your specific needs, we may recommend removing some or all of your wisdom teeth.

The procedure may be done with freezing only, freezing with oral sedation (light sedation in pill form), or we can perform the procedure at a partner facility that safely offers IV sedation (deep sedation).
