Let's make your first visit as easy as possible.

We recommend starting with a general cleaning at your first appointment, then scheduling a follow-up 30-minute dental exam. This initial meeting helps us get to know you and your oral health needs. On subsequent visits, your exam and cleaning will happen during the same appointment.

When to Arrive

There are a few pages of paperwork to fill out before your first appointment — medical and dental histories, and insurance options — so please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early.

Direct Billing Insurance

We accept insurance plans and provide direct billing for our patients. No need to worry about filing your own claims! All that we require is a valid credit card to keep on file, and we'll do the work for you!

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of appointment and we accept a wide range of payment options, including cash, cheque, debit and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

VIP Payments

For your convenience, we also offer a time-saving VIP payment option. We securely store your credit card information, process your payment, and take care of any insurance paperwork.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we require 48-hour notice for all appointment cancellations to avoid a short notice cancellation fee of $45.
